In the past, I attended a
traditional martial art school, and at that time I thought I was learning
a
lot about the martial arts. I have been attending Dynamic Fighting Arts
since June 2003, and I have learned more in the first two weeks
than I ever learned while was studying a traditional martial art.
Here, I learned what techniques are useful in a real fight. I also
learned that I can punch well with my left hand. Previously, I thought I
had a weak left punch. I learned how to throw all kinds of punches, not
just a cross, reverse punch, and a backfist. At this school, I also have
learned some techniques for fighting while on the ground. To the best of
my knowledge, there are very few martial art schools that teach that.
Since I have attended Dynamic Fighting Arts, I will never go to a
traditional martial school again.

I wanted to let you know how my students did at the Southeast National
Karate Championships. I had three students compete in 5 events and they
took first place in each category and each had heavy competition
in their perspective division.... those who did the "Buddha
Staff" won by a good margin. In the brown belt division my
student tied with the Tai Chi Saber form but won the tie breaker with
your Staff form!
